Share a magical and exhilarating experience in community with a small group of engaging, talented women in the “land of heart’s desire.”

You will spend time on the shores of Lough Gill in retreat, directly addressing your deepest desire for a rich and fulfilling identity as well as time on excursion and pause to Galway and Dublin.

Join Divanation founders Leanne Meyer and Frank Lehner for their acclaimed Perfection to Passion Learning Journey, an identity development retreat and exploration to Northwest Ireland and Lakelands—the heart of Yeats' Country.

The intent of the Learning Journey is to provide a structured time of immersion, in a beautiful, special place—far away from the rigmarole of the everyday—where you reclaim your life, your direction, and your narrative so as to “see” your future path more clearly.

The Retreat
The retreat component of The Perfection to Passion Learning Journey is a highly reflective, facilitated process through which you free yourself from the exhausting and persistent want to be perfect and everything to everyone. It’s a time of discovery and rediscovery.

You will reflect upon work, your career, your relationships, and your heart’s imagination of your future. You’ll emerge revitalized and renewed, acknowledging, embracing, and cherishing the passions and practices that bring deep meaning and purpose to your life.

Each participant will learn to live her story—an identity narrative that makes sense of past choices, reveals an obtainable and realistic future, and which gives sense-making to what she does day in, day out.

This story serves as your living guide to the you you want to become. Perfection to Passion addresses foundational themes of vulnerability, risk, commitment, and meaning.

The Excursion
The excursion component of the Learning journey offers travel, getaway, shoppes....The excursion provides guided times of travel, exploration and relaxation, as balance and pause to the personal and moving retreat process. Dr. Cindy Rothenberger will serve as tour leader: you’ll visit Galway, spend a day in Dublin, tour the Burrin, experience the Cliffs of Moher…. And, yes, you’ll have some free time to explore the sites, culture, and activities in and around Sligo.
